Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026

OmniVoke LLC ("OmniVoke," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of the OmniVoke Service (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and any other details you provide when creating an account.
  • Content you provide — topics, brand details, audience descriptions, and any text or media you submit for generation.
  • Connection data — OAuth tokens and identifiers for third-party platforms you connect (such as YouTube and LinkedIn). These are encrypted at rest.
  • Generated content — the posts, scripts, and other content the Service generates on your behalf.
  • Usage data — technical information about how you interact with the Service, including IP address, browser type, and timestamps.
  • Attribution data — analytics and conversion signals related to content published through the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • To generate content using third-party AI providers.
  • To publish content to third-party platforms you connect.
  • To track attribution and conversion signals back to content.
  • To communicate with you about your account and the Service.
  • To improve, debug, and secure the Service.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party services to operate the Service, including:

  • AI providers that generate content based on the inputs you provide.
  • Social and video platforms (such as YouTube and LinkedIn) that receive content you publish through the Service.
  • Infrastructure, hosting, and analytics providers.

These third parties have their own privacy practices, and their handling of your information is governed by their respective policies. We encourage you to review those policies. When you connect a third-party account, the information shared with that platform is subject to that platform's terms and privacy policy.

4. Data Storage and Security

We store your information in encrypted, access-controlled databases. OAuth tokens and other credentials are encrypted at rest and are never returned to the client. We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With third-party service providers that help us operate the Service, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • With third-party platforms you connect, solely to publish content on your behalf.
  • To comply with law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of OmniVoke, our users, or the public.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information after account deletion as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or legal compliance).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR in the EEA/UK and the CCPA in California), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete your personal information.
  • Export or receive a copy of your personal information.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@omnivoke.com.

8. Cookies

The Service uses essential cookies and similar technologies necessary for it to function (such as maintaining your session). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

9. Children's Privacy

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country in which you reside. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those of your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy
